Bridge to Excellence Internship Program
Introducing 'Bridge to Excellence,' OHLA USA's premier internship program designed for college students. This 10-week summer internship offers a dynamic opportunity, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Interns gain invaluable exposure to various aspects of our business, immersing themselves in our corporate culture and receiving essential compliance training during their first week.
Our program is dedicated to nurturing professional growth and readiness. As a testament to its success, participants have the option to extend their internship through a co-op in the fall, winter, and/or spring session, explore full-time opportunities with OHLA USA, or return the following summer to further enrich their experience.
Internship Opportunities
The summer internship program begins with a comprehensive two-day orientation, encompassing onboarding tasks and training. Interns participate in team meetings to grasp company values and learn about systems and policies. Interns' Day is designed for a balanced mix of work, learning, and fun. They engage in exciting projects and end with a team-building activity to encourage collaboration and camaraderie among interns. At the end of the 10-week program, Interns have the opportunity to share their experiences with their colleagues by giving a presentation, followed by receiving a Certificate of Internship for completing the program at the closing ceremonies.
· Field Engineer Interns (Rotation within project: Field Engineer, Safety Engineer, Superintendent, Quality Engineer)

Our interns are given the opportunity to develop skills such as communication, time management, organization, confidence, industry expertise, leadership, professional growth, and more. They are encouraged to undertake a diverse array of tasks and collaborate with industry professionals and their peers, thereby enriching their knowledge and overall experience.
Interns' Day!
